Botschaft - Engel der Leichtigkeit

Geliebtes Erdenwesen, als Engel der Leichtigkeit sende ich Euch meinen Gruß. Ich lade Euch nun ein, für einige Momente die Augen zu schließen und Euch vorzustellen, so leicht wie eine Feder zu sein. Atmet ganz bewusst aus und ein und spürt in Euren Körper hinein. Wenn Ihr das Gewicht Eures irdischen Körpers wahrnehmt, haltet inne und fühlt Euch als eine wunderschöne, weiche Feder. Wenn Ihr dieses Gefühl in Euch gefunden habt, schwindet jeglicher Druck und Ballast fällt von Euch ab. Denkt nicht darüber nach, das dies nicht sein kann oder wie das sein kann. Findet in Euch einfach das Gefühl der Leichtigkeit. Lasst Euch treiben und fühlt Eure Essenz, denn diese ist tatsächlich so leicht wie eine Feder.

Angel of lightness

Beloved earth beings, as the angel of lightness I send you my greetings. I invite you now to close your eyes for a moment and imagine you to be as light as a feather. Breathe in and out consciously and feel into your body. If you perceive the weight of your earthly body, stop and make yourself as a beautiful, soft spring. If you found this feeling in you, disappearing any pressure and ballast falls off of you. Do not think about it, that this can not be or how it can be. Found in you just feel the lightness. Let's push you and feel your essence, because this is actually as light as a feather.
